Reception Manager
About the job
- The candidate must have at least three years of confirmed experience in hotel reception, including initial management experience.
- The candidate must have excellent knowledge of the hotel industry.
- The candidate must be proficient with business tools and property management systems such as FOLS, Resa-Web, and Opera Cloud.
- The candidate must have good command of English.
- The candidate must demonstrate customer-service orientation and excellent presentation.
- The candidate must demonstrate leadership, organizational ability, and team spirit.
- The candidate must be able to manage priorities and work independently.
- Supervise the daily reception activity and ensure the quality of guest welcome.
- Prepare schedules and organize the team's work.
- Manage group follow-up, including quotations, reservations, contracts, and invoicing.
- Ensure proper application of procedures and brand standards.
- Handle customer situations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer reviews and manage the hotel's online reputation.
- Supervise, train, and support receptionists.
- Unite the team and maintain a positive working environment.
- Monitor collections, invoicing, and revenue.
- Work closely with other departments.
- Knowledge of TARS and TrustYou is a plus.
- German language skills are an advantage.
