- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Support business analysis activities, including research, data preparation, and requirements documentation.
- Assist in reviewing current processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Help prepare consulting deliverables, including slides, process flows, and summary materials.
- Support day-to-day project coordination tasks, including tracking actions, timelines, and risks.
- Assist in preparing meeting materials and documenting meeting minutes and action items.
- Provide support for testing or validation activities when required.
- Conduct desktop research and benchmarking on insurance market trends and practices.
- Support proposal preparation and other business development activities.
- Contribute to internal knowledge development and practice initiatives.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools.
