What believers are saying

  • Hotel expansion brings planned roles: Drury opened Nashville Southeast Century Farms in September 2026 and projected 50 positions.
  • Guest satisfaction earns recognition: Drury won its 20th J.D. Power award in July 2026, ranking first among upscale hotels.
  • Hotel leaders have a training path: Drury's Kelso University graduated nine named employees in August 2026.

What critics are saying

  • Work-life feedback is mixed: Indeed listed 805 Drury reviews and a 3.5/5 work-life score in October 2026.
  • Drury's private ownership limits financial visibility: candidates have fewer public results to examine than at listed hotel operators.
  • Local supervision warrants checking: one September 2026 Breakfast Attendant review reports poor management, among 805 Drury reviews on Indeed.

What makes Drury Hotels unique

  • Meals are bundled: Drury's flagship inns include breakfast and evening Kickback food.
  • Ownership stays with the operator: Drury builds, owns and operates its hotels.
  • Groups get flexibility: Drury's Meetings with More sets no food-and-beverage minimums and credits part of cancellation fees toward rebooking.
