Loop provides a data platform and full-stack AI system to modernize transportation spend management. It unifies invoices, shipment tracking, and contract terms into a single source of truth for high-volume shippers, carriers, and 3PLs, enabling automation of invoice processing (up to 99%), real-time exception handling, and predictive analytics to surface cost-saving opportunities. Its products—such as the Loop Control Suite and Parcel Contract Intelligence—use machine learning to identify potential overpayments before they occur, and operate as a SaaS solution with a dedicated customer success team. This combination differentiates Loop from competitors by combining data unification, proactive AI-driven insights, and a hands-on service model to streamline freight audit and payments. The company's goal is to turn freight audit from a cost center into a strategic advantage, improving working capital and financial clarity across global logistics operations.
