Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with a strong track record of delivering business value through technology
  • 10+ years of distribution or manufacturing industry experience is required
  • 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing cross-functional teams and enterprise-scale initiatives
  • Proven experience in digital transformation, enterprise systems implementation, and IT strategy development
  • Experience leading complex, major change initiatives; demonstrated skills in change management
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Strong financial acumen, a bias for action, and the ability to drive results; an outgoing, action-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the IT strategy for U.S. AutoForce by fostering strong strategic partnerships and building bridges between the division and enterprise
  • Align technology initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring collaboration across teams to drive long-term growth and shared success
  • Spearhead the adoption of artificial intelligence and digital solutions to position U.S. AutoForce at the forefront of industry innovation
  • Drive the modernization of core platforms—including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and warehouse automation—by strategically integrating AI to optimize operations, unlock new efficiencies, and deliver superior customer experiences
  • Ensure seamless integration of IT systems across all business functions, establishing a benchmark for technology leadership in the distribution sector
  • Serve as a change visionary, leveraging a strong business mindset and deep technology expertise to inspire alignment, champion organizational adoption, and lead transformative change across the division and enterprise
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities where technology can unlock business value, particularly in areas like demand planning, pricing, logistics, and customer support
  • Oversee technology planning and budgeting to ensure an effective and cost-efficient technology organization
  • Ensure effective IT governance, vendor management, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications and infrastructure
  • Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional IT team
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning
  • Drive standardization, quality control, and continuous improvement across all IT functions
  • Embody and promote U.S. Venture’s core values—High Performance, Caring Relationships, Strategic Foresight, and Entrepreneurial Spirit
Desired Qualifications
  • MBA preferred
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems platforms, warehouse automation and conveyor systems are highly desirable
  • Experience in Inventory Optimization, Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and pricing systems preferred
