About the Job

Requirements

  • Graduate from an engineering-related department or field.
  • Have more than five years of relevant product management experience; NPI and full product lifecycle management experience are advantages.
  • Have English proficiency equivalent to a TOEIC score of at least 800 and be able to communicate independently on technical and business matters with overseas subsidiaries, international customers, and multinational industry partners.
  • Demonstrate independent thinking, logical analysis, proactive problem-solving, rapid self-learning of new technologies, and the ability to study regulations.
  • Be proactive, communicate and coordinate across teams, collaborate across cultures, and work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete product lifecycle, from gathering market requirements and defining product concepts through software and hardware architecture evaluation, NPI execution, and end-of-life planning.
  • Evaluate and respond to technical aspects of commercial RFQs and RFPs.
  • Provide timely support to global subsidiaries and regional sales teams by resolving customer technical questions and helping win major global rail transportation projects.
  • Plan and produce product marketing materials, including sales kits, press releases, datasheets, user manuals, product webpages, and application case studies.
  • Coordinate with key rail transportation component partners, system integrators, and software ecosystem partners to establish standardized hardware solutions and accelerate market penetration and deployment of next-generation products.
  • Coordinate across products and regions to resolve marketing, product, application, and resource issues.
  • Lead discussions and define next-generation products based on feedback from global markets, subsidiaries, and customers.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with NPI and complete product lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with EN 50155 product design principles and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in the railway or transportation industry or market, or in product planning.
  • Practical experience with x86 system architectures or hardware block diagram product design.
