Ability to prefabricate gang forms and build stick forms on site, install forms, and ensure formwork quality control.
Ability to strip and remove concrete forms after concrete pours.
Ability to support the concrete foreman with project layout and elevation shooting.
Ability to manage and prevent occupational hazards and ensure the site meets all safety standards.
Ability to install form ties and miscellaneous formwork hardware.
Ability to align, straighten, plumb, and square forms for installation.
Ability to erect and disassemble scaffolding, shoring, braces, and other temporary structures.
Ability to construct suspended slabs.
Must have a valid driver's license and own a vehicle.
Ability to install handrails.
Ability to report unsafe work practices and safety hazards to the foreman.

Qualifications:
