  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering (or other discipline, with 3+ years professional experience in an engineering or technical role)
  • MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Analytics, with at least 2 focused on technical products/services
  • 1+ years of experience working on hardware products
  • Experience crafting and building alignment on product roadmaps, with strong ability to balance complex trade-offs and iterate with input from stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated with strong leadership skills
  • Thrives in ambiguity

Responsibilities
  • Define products and features that integrate software, hardware, and services to provide frictionless commerce experiences
  • Prioritize the customer experience and deliver great solutions while managing tradeoffs between technology, business, and customer needs
  • Building products with the software engineering team and defining product roadmap and features
  • Write thorough product specifications for a variety of stakeholders, at both market level and brand level
  • Write clear, detailed explanations of products and their changes for customers and support staff
  • Establish and track the key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for the product portfolio
  • Research and understand the market needs, customer pain points, and competitive landscape
  • Create and maintain product-related documentation in Confluence and JIRA
