Requirements
- Previous sales experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing sales role is highly preferred; however, not strictly required if candidate demonstrates transferable sales experience
- Customer-centric mindset with dedication to delivering exceptional customer service at every interaction
- Strong communication skills with ability to listen actively and communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Drive and ambition with a goal-oriented attitude and desire to succeed in a performance-based environment
- Flexible schedule with willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate customers
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers by welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle selection process to create a seamless purchasing experience
- Build relationships by developing and maintaining positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Maintain product knowledge by staying updated on the latest Lincoln models, features, financing options, and promotions to provide expert advice
- Achieve sales goals by meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets through demonstration of product value and building trust with clients
- Assist customers with financing options by helping navigate financing and leasing options with a consultative approach
