Watts Water Technologies raises 2026 guidance on data centre demand, shares jump 13%

Watts Water generates 12.4% cash flow margin while Wolverine and Visteon struggle

Watts Water Technologies stands out as a strong cash-generating stock, according to StockStory's analysis. The company, which manufactures water products and systems, posted a 12.4% free cash flow margin over the trailing 12 months. Watts Water's revenue grew 10.7% annually over five years, indicating market share gains. Its free cash flow margin improved by 6.1 percentage points during that period. StockStory warns against two other cash-producing stocks. Wolverine Worldwide showed flat sales over five years and a weak 6.6% free cash flow margin. Visteon faced declining sales of 2.2% annually over two years, with a low 12.3% gross margin reflecting competitive pressures. The analysis emphasises that cash generation alone doesn't guarantee investment success.
