- Make juices and smoothies for members promptly and make drinks for servers to serve in the dining room.
- Greet members promptly.
- Clearly and accurately describe juice bar items and answer basic menu questions.
- Take orders properly and accurately.
- Understand the properties of add-ons and supplements.
- Make drinks that taste good and are properly portioned.
- Use the point-of-sale system proficiently.
- Monitor the server printer and prepare server drinks accurately and promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the juice bar.
- Collect payment for all checks and maintain the cash drawer without significant walk-outs, shortages, or overages.
- Complete assigned opening and closing side work, including making accurate requisitions.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
- Maintain a fresh, clean produce display and rotate stock daily.
- Maintain, clean, and lubricate equipment.
- Prepare correct and accurate requisitions.
- Ensure televisions are set to current home-team games when applicable.
- Answer basic questions about club services and events.
- Address reasonable member requests.
- Follow proper food-handling procedures according to sanitation standards.
