Responsibilities
  • Be a strategic thought leader for AI Foundations
  • Lead strategic execution around ML systems and training infrastructure and deploying large models
  • Be a technical leader across Cruise AI and Engineering organizations
  • Define execution processes for streamlined engineering development
  • Contribute broadly on data, training, and deployment strategy
  • Utilize deep understanding of data characteristics and ML challenges
  • Follow industry and academic developments in AI and ML Systems
  • Own technical projects from start to finish
  • Conduct technical interviews and mentor junior engineers
  • Work collaboratively with partner teams and orgs
