Job Summary

• Financial planning and analysis (e.g. P&L result, yearly budget planning, internal & external reporting reconciliation)
• Close monitor financial target achievement with deep business understanding, provide timely reports and insights.
• Evaluate financial deviations vs. target (e.g. EBIT/APC), initiate measures to close potential gaps, track effectiveness of those measures, and develop strategies to address identified gaps in cost control workflows.
• Monitor and improve Plant Cost Control Sys. and Mechanism (Digitalization, Process Improvement)

• Controlling Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Controlling Business Partner for the assigned manufacturing area, with shared KPIs with the respective area.
• Manage end-to-end project financial control, deeply involved from project initiation, R&D, trial production, mass production to launch; ensure clear deliverables and financial support at each stage.
• Conduct stage-based cost management, understand product characteristics and cost logic at different phases, applying differentiated strategies (e.g., standard costing, PPC logic). Control and analyze cost deviations, ensuring all cost items are properly booked and correctly allocated; prepare detailed reports on cost estimates, variances, and optimization opportunities.
• Support business decisions, including make-or-buy analysis, investment calculation, profitability analysis, TCO calculation, quotation support, and RPP measure implementation.
• Evaluate financial deviations vs. targets, initiate measures to close potential gaps, track effectiveness of those measures, and drive end-to-end process automation – embed controls into IT systems and eliminate manual work.

Qualifications Requirement

Education:

- Bachelor or above, majored in Accounting, Finance or Business related

Language:

- Fluency in both English and Chinese (mandatory)

Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience

• At least 3-years of work experience in the automotive industry or related fields for controlling related tasks
• Controlling Business partner in manufacturing area is a plus
• Problem solving Capabilities
• Analytical problem solving and decision support
• Logical thinking and mathematic analysis skills
• Collaboration and discussion / Negotiation skills
• Good Excel & PPT skill, Preferred SAP, Power BI, Tableau know-how
• Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
