- Proven experience creating user interface designs for mobile and web product implementations.
- Experience creating functional designs for HTML, CSS, and JavaScript applications and applying user-standard principles.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design methods and best practices.
- Demonstrated delivery of multiple complex projects.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines.
- At least 5 years of current, hands-on experience with web and mobile design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working with dedicated and matrixed resources.
- Ability to establish and build cross-divisional relationships and collaboration.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior management on both the business and information technology sides.
- Work with initiative leads, business areas, business architects, stakeholders, subject matter experts, business analysts, technical support groups, and test teams to define and accomplish MicroStrategy responsibilities.
- Refine and decompose requirements to the level of detail required to initiate development.
- Develop and document MicroStrategy user experience designs.
- Design interactive dashboards that are visually insightful.
- Generate rapid prototypes to illustrate complex user experience solutions or interaction designs.
- Drive the user experience across all platforms based on high-level requirements.
- Manage usability testing while working with business and development teams.
- Document feedback on designs and implement adjustments to attain project objectives.
- Drive the user experience across multiple projects based on high-level requirements.
- Translate user requirements into concepts and wireframes.
