Responsibilities
  • Coaching and developing individual BDRs to grow in their careers while attaining and surpassing lead quota and productivity KPIs.
  • Ensuring that leads passed to sales are converting to qualified opportunities and supporting sales pipeline growth.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement across New Sales operations and making recommendations to leadership to optimize processes.
  • Maintaining a solid understanding of our product offerings and processes to effectively coach reps and increase overall team performance.
  • Understand our product, including new developments, and how current and future changes will inform the way we sell.
  • Building out, owning and seeking to constantly improve the onboarding process with sales enablement for your reps.
  • Owning the number for your team every month with commitment to meet and exceed that number.
  • Effectively creating, delivering and assessing the success of training with individual BDRs and the team as a whole.
  • Exercising strong leadership and collaboration skills in team and cross-functional meetings.
