Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • 15+ years of experience leading enterprise applications across Enterprise SaaS implementation, vendor management, software development, systems integration, and technology program management
  • Proven experience managing enterprise applications and/or IT infrastructure for multi-location organizations, preferably within financial services, fintech, or SaaS product environments
  • Experience designing or overseeing enterprise data architecture, data engineering pipelines, analytics, and dashboarding solutions
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience in vendor management, technology procurement, contract negotiations, and budget ownership
Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the roadmap for the organization's Enterprise Application ecosystem, including strategy, lifecycle management, modernization, and integration.
  • Oversee business-critical platforms such as Project Management and Service Desk tools, Content & Collaboration suites, HRMS, Payroll, ATS, LMS, Telephony systems, and internally developed enterprise applications.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and identify modern, best-fit solutions that improve business outcomes.
  • Lead end-to-end vendor selection processes, including RFI/RFPs, product evaluations, proof-of-concepts, commercial negotiations, and contract management.
  • Develop strong strategic partnerships with technology vendors and proactively manage renewals, licensing, and vendor performance.
  • Continuously assess the application landscape and recommend upgrades or replacements before systems become operational or business risks.
  • Develop deep functional and technical understanding of enterprise applications to guide implementation, configuration, optimization, and adoption.
  • Define and oversee integration architecture across enterprise systems, including SSO, APIs, data platforms, monitoring, and analytics.
  • Lead application implementations, upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives while minimizing business disruption.
  • Ensure enterprise applications are scalable, reliable, secure, and aligned with evolving business processes.
  • Drive user adoption through structured change management, training programs, knowledge repositories, and process documentation.
  • Define and monitor adoption, engagement, and productivity metrics across enterprise applications.
  • Partner with business functions to continuously improve user experience and maximize the value delivered by technology investments.
  • Leverage low-code/no-code platforms (such as Retool) to build, enhance, and maintain internal enterprise applications and workflows.
  • Define enterprise data architecture and oversee data engineering pipelines across business systems.
  • Develop dashboards and analytics capabilities that provide insights into application usage, operational performance, adoption, and cost optimization.
  • Foster a data-driven approach to enterprise application management and decision-making.
  • Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance across the Enterprise Applications landscape.
  • Lead the Service Desk function supporting enterprise applications, ensuring strong service delivery, SLA adherence, and an excellent employee support experience.
  • Continuously improve operational processes through automation, monitoring, reporting, and data-driven service management practices.
  • Provide strategic oversight of the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, endpoints, cloud services, collaboration platforms, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Partner with infrastructure teams to ensure technology platforms support business growth, operational resilience, and security objectives.
  • Ensure infrastructure and application environments comply with security, privacy, and regulatory frameworks, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, and applicable data protection regulations across operating geographies.
  • Own and optimize the technology budget across enterprise applications and infrastructure, balancing innovation, operational excellence, and cost efficiency.
  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across enterprise applications, service management, and infrastructure functions.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and customer-focused technology culture.
  • Partner closely with business, security, finance, HR, and other stakeholders to align technology initiatives with organizational priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional transformation programs from strategy through execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
