Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or relevant discipline, combined with 8+ years of Global Rewards experience. Preferably with international, high-tech or semiconductor industry knowledge.
  • Strategic thinker with proactive approach to identifying and addressing compensation challenges
  • Detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to guide and influence senior leaders and drive compensation strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong understanding of global compensation practices, market trends and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in compensation management tools and expert excel skills.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to understand business objectives and develop/implement compensation strategies that support organizational goals.
  • Lead implementation and execution of all compensation programs and processes for designated business(es).
  • Serve as trusted advisor to HR Partners and business leaders on on-and-off-cycle compensation-related efforts, including offer negotiations, promotions, retention actions, compression challenges, internal equity concerns, etc.
  • Conduct and interpret detailed analysis of compensation data, and effectively translate data to inform decision-making and address business challenges.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic direction on central, global compensation policies, programs, practices, communications and change management across multiple regions.
  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders, partner organizations and global Rewards team to drive compensation strategies aligned with strategy.
