  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales focused administrative coordinating; CPG experience preferred
  • Superior communication skills - listening, verbal and written with a high degree of comfort in giving and receiving constructive feedback

Responsibilities
  • Manage logistics, gathering of collateral and execution in support of all Trade Shows. Attendance/travel to at least 4-6 trade shows annually is required.
  • Create and maintain Sales Planning trackers in support of the business (i.e. financial pacing report, category reset calendar)
  • Maintaining up-to-date COIs
  • Support new item data entry/management (ie. WERCs, 1WorldSynnc, IX-One)
  • UPC proofing in Ziflow
  • Manage Sample Orders and Swag Shipments
  • Support regulatory updates for VMS items (Repositrak)
  • New Vendor Set-Up
  • UPCs in GS1
  • IRI new item set-up
