North Shore Strategies is seeking Campaign Field Fellows to support Democratic campaign efforts throughout Schenectady, NY.
This is a paid, field-based position centered on door-to-door canvassing and direct voter contact. Fellows will gain hands-on experience in political organizing while speaking directly with voters, delivering campaign messages, collecting voter feedback, and helping campaigns identify and mobilize supporters.

About the Role
Campaign Field Fellows work on the front lines of our campaign programs. The primary responsibility of this position is going door-to-door and having conversations with voters.
Fellows will receive training on campaign messaging, voter engagement, canvassing technology, and grassroots organizing techniques before conducting voter outreach in assigned communities.
