  • Fundamental account management experience, ideally within the fashion, sports, or retail industry.
  • Ability to manage account relationships across buying, operating, and merchandising levels.
  • Sales experience with a clear understanding of selling dynamics.
  • Skilled in analyzing retailer sales data to identify opportunities and take appropriate actions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, with effective presentation abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, cross-functional, with fluency in German.
  • Strong process and operational capabilities.
  • Passion for the Converse brand and a foundational knowledge of our products.
  • General understanding of integrated marketplace within the AGS region.
  • Willingness to travel within the AGS region to build strong partnerships for a dedicated account portfolio.
  • Drivers license class B or beyond
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the General Partners Manager (GPM) to effectively execute the strategic account plan.
  • Responsible for all aspects of account management, including futures, at-once, and closeout sales, in line with budgets and specific order capture deadlines.
  • Provide account feedback to key stakeholders, including the GPM and Integrated Go To Marketplace Team.
  • Consistently develop market knowledge on product trends, pricing, and competition to maximize Converse product placement and sales within the account.
  • Implement seasonal brand communication initiatives effectively, in line with strategic account direction.
  • Work with GPM to develop accurate and realistic go-to-market plans, seasonal assortments, forecasts and scenario plans.
  • Conduct monthly and seasonal business reviews with account.
  • Meet all reporting deadlines in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Establish and maintain timely, consistent and positive external and internal relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer’s business.
  • Communicate daily with customer operations contacts and GPM ensuring all are aware and informed of opportunities, problems, progress, and support needed.
  • Responsible for the execution and coordination of the day-to-day operations of the account, ensuring all budgets and deadlines are met promptly and consistently.
  • You will be in charge of the entire sample management as well as coordinating and processing related to your showroom.
  • You will ensure the Showroom, working spaces and displays are neat and tidy at all times.
  • You will Organise showroom maintenance and seasonal refits as needed.
