About the job
- A full-time degree from a recognized institute.
- At least 4 years of experience in one or more implementation areas, including requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, testing, administration training, data migration, or managing User Acceptance Testing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving and consultative skills to engage and build relationships with stakeholders in large organizations.
- Ability to navigate challenges, complete deliverables with quality, and manage multiple implementation projects concurrently.
- Ability to collaborate with a large team toward a common goal.
- Work with customers to identify implementation scope, timelines, budget, and resource requirements; create project plans and keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with client-side subject matter experts to understand, configure, and customize business requirements; set up user accounts, define workflows, integrate systems, test the product, prepare relevant data to demonstrate end-to-end business processes, collect and process client feedback, and make necessary system changes.
- Train end users and administrators to use the SaaS product.
- Provide ongoing customer support, troubleshoot issues, and answer questions.
- Create and maintain implementation documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with the product team to identify product improvements and provide input on product development based on client feedback.
- Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, recruitment, onboarding, learning, document management, and document generation tools.
