Remote Monitoring Technician
About the job
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in English and Czech.

- Diagnose faults in customers' food refrigeration and freezing equipment, from individual refrigerated display units to compressor units with heat recovery.
- Decide whether an issue requires a technician visit to a store or can be resolved remotely through customer communication or system configuration changes.
- Actively monitor customers across Europe, primarily Germany.
- Communicate with customers in English and Czech; German operators handle German-language communication.
- Adjust refrigeration parameters for equipment positions according to customer requirements.
- Support service technicians.
