Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in physical security, access control, or military or law enforcement experience are required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or site lead role within a secure or classified environment are required.
  • Knowledge of Intelligence Community Directive 705, Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility access procedures, and secure operations protocols is required.
  • An active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance with polygraph is required.
  • Familiarity with access control systems, visitor management systems, and visitor access protocols is required.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee access control at entry and exit points.
  • Maintain physical security of facilities.
  • Enforce compliance with security protocols.
  • Supervise security staff during assigned shifts.
  • Respond to and resolve security incidents.
  • Document shift activities and prepare reports.
  • Work flexible shifts based on operational needs.

  • An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
