  • Craft engaging comments to enhance community participation
  • Work with various teams to create community lead content
  • Report and define KPIs for community engagement
  • Analyze engagement trends and adjust content strategy
  • Perform competitor assessments and sentiment analysis
  • Support content creation and brainstorming sessions
