Requirements
  • A Ph.D. in psychology or a related discipline from an accredited college or university recognized by the United States Department of Education and/or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation.
  • Substantial teaching experience, including online teaching experience.
  • Credentials must be obtained prior to the start date.
  • ABD candidates will be considered.
  • The candidate must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • The candidate must support diversity, equity, and inclusiveness and contribute to a respectful, positive work environment.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and instruct undergraduate courses in children's mental health.
  • Teach courses covering youth assessment, health promotion practices, addictions, targeted intervention practices, professional development and ethics, and inclusive practices.
  • Teach foundational and upper-division psychology courses, including capstone courses.
  • Work with a program coordinator for assessment and quality control.
  • Contribute to professional development and service activities for career advancement.
