As our Director, Co-op Service and Enablement, you’ll lead strategically and operationally by owning, managing, and executing high-quality deliverables, training, and custom reporting for premium customers. This role also leads the enablement function for pre and post-contract support for the data co-op, including post-contract support, training.
You will…
- Design, own, execute, and deliver reporting for premium service customers
- Liaise with publishers as the subject matter expert for custom reporting and complex insights (pre and post-contract)
- Evangelize the data co-op and publisher audiences through storytelling by creating easy-to-consume insights and presentations
- Partner with the partner success team to ensure publisher success
- Lead data and insights trainings for internal and external customers
You have…
- 7-10 years in media and advertising, including working at a publishing company doing media operations, sales, audience management, data analytics or any combination of these
- 7-10 years in client-facing roles in account management, and customer success
- Experience in content creation, collateral development, sales enablement and product marketing
- Attention to detail and proven ability to turn complex data & messages into engaging, insightful visuals for use with various executive audiences and stakeholder groups

Compensation Package
- The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000 base, plus $10,000-20,000 bonus. Actual compensation may vary and will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
