Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead all aspects of content governance strategy and model aligned with business objectives. Including implementation and management of a multi-platform governance model to maintain content quality and consistency.
  • Execute content governance to drive traffic, engagement, trust, and employee adoption of self-service first behavior.
  • Manage the editorial and audit calendar to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Generate and consult key stakeholders in delivering engaging content for various audiences, personas and digital optimization.
  • Manage relationships with cross-functional content partner organizations to ensure alignment and consistency to governance model and standards.
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice, style, and tone across all content.
