Requirements
- Have 2–6 years of experience in project or program management in a technology environment.
- Have experience working in a software house or technology company.
- Be able to understand the company’s business and present project goals to the team.
- Have strong written and spoken English communication skills at C1/C2 level and Polish at C2 level.
- Be able to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Be able to manage multiple projects and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams.
- Understand software development.
- Have experience working in an international environment, ideally with the United States.
- Have experience working in small environments, ideally startups or scale-ups.
- Be available in the afternoons for occasional evening meetings across time zones.
Responsibilities
- Help create projects, which may involve developing mobile applications, web portals, or large-scale data-processing engines.
- Work with designers, developers, testers, Engineering Managers, and Product Managers; facilitate Scrum routines and collaborate with Polish-American teams.
- Communicate directly with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to support product creation and address challenges.
- Define project scope and develop an execution plan, lead project teams, and manage relationships across the team’s projects.
- Manage risks and identify internal and cross-team dependencies with team support.
- Mediate conflicts, clarify roles, and ensure alignment across multiple workstreams.

- Experience overseeing the development and implementation of data pipelines and analytics platforms.
