The essence of your role
- Managing key e-commerce accounts with a strategic, sales-driven approach.
- Fostering accountability for client relationships, including profit and loss aspects.
- Ensuring SLA adherence, monitoring KPI variances, and evaluating customer satisfaction, with accurate internal reporting.
- Identifying and leading cross-selling and upselling opportunities from proposal to contract signing.
- Developing sustainable, trust-based client relationships to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

- Prior experience managing complex commercial relationships, particularly with high-growth customers in e-commerce or similar fields
- Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and e-commerce
- Academic degree or equivalent qualification, ideally focusing on business, logistics, or transportation
- Strong affinity for numbers and data, with the ability to analyze complex relationships, prioritize tasks, and effectively present findings to stakeholders
- Proficient in both German and English (C1 or above), with excellent storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives and build strong client relationships
