Requirements
  • BS/MS in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 3-5 years of work experience
  • Understanding of derivative pricing models and portfolio performance factors
  • Proven track record of shipping internal use pricing, trading, or investment products and projects
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience preferred
  • Curiosity about technology and a deep level of data fluency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for sports, music, and live events
  • Preference for previous experience with pricing derivatives at a hedge fund, bank, or proprietary trading firm
Responsibilities
  • Help define, measure, and guide the execution and performance of business strategy for team initiatives
  • Communicate project status to all stakeholders and take responsibility for deadlines and deliverables
  • Coordinate/manage external parties for custom development and system implementations
  • Be the primary point of contact between the Pricing Product, Data Science, and Analytics teams and the end-user Investment team or other key business stakeholders
  • Triage biz sys requests, ideas, and bug reports
  • Make decisions and recommendations backed by quantitative data
  • Assist in managing operations for direct and indirect investments
