Coordinate work activities with paving, curbing, flatwork, and landscaping subcontractors.
Shoot grades.
Train team members on equipment operation, safety procedures, and company policies.
Schedule manpower.
Maintain equipment service and maintenance logs.
Report accidents or incidents promptly to management.
Heavy Equipment Operator/Foreman-Civil Division

This is more than just operating equipment, it’s about guiding a crew, coordinating with other teams, and ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and with the highest safety standards.
What You’ll Do:

Pay In accordance with New Jersey’s Pay Transparency Law, the expected salary range for this role is $100,000 – $150,000, based on experience and qualifications.
