Required Qualifications:
Advanced Practice Provider: Nurse Practitioner (FNP, ANP, or AGNP) or Physician Assistant
Current South Carolina licensure or eligibility for licensure
Current BLS certification
DEA and applicable state prescribing credentials prior to start date
Neurology experience preferred but not required
Minimum of two years of APP experience preferred
Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Position Highlights:
Provide comprehensive neurological assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management of patients with acute and chronic neurological conditions
Perform inpatient rounding and neurological consultations
Provide ambulatory clinic services in the outpatient setting
Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
Evaluate patients using history, physical examination, laboratory data, diagnostic testing, and imaging results
