Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • Four to seven years of human resources information systems experience, including a minimum of three full-cycle implementations.
  • Deep expertise in one or more human resources information systems modules, such as Core Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or Payroll.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
  • Workday Core HCM Certification is required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of human resources information systems modules as a subject matter expert.
  • Manage complex client engagements and day-to-day client relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios.
  • Configure human resources information systems modules in accordance with best practices and optimization goals.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns.
  • Oversee System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables.
  • Review junior team members' configurations for accuracy and completeness.
  • Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project.
  • Document and share module best practices and lessons learned.
  • Independently apply cross-module knowledge.
  • Design scalable, integrated solution architectures.
  • Guide clients through ambiguity and change.
  • Solve complex problems with strategic foresight.
  • Educate clients and propose improvements aligned with their goals.
  • Align stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.
  • Take initiative, flag risks, and ensure timely delivery.
