Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in Agribusiness, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or Nutrition.
  • Preferably, at least three years of work experience selling or marketing animal feeds and/or veterinary products.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Planning, leading, organizing, and controlling skills.
  • Good judgment skills.
  • Attention to detail and good organizing and coordination skills.
  • Driving skills.
Responsibilities
  • Generate and cultivate an increasingly loyal customer base for farm feed and animal health products through active selling.
  • Conduct technical training activities and establish relationships with industry stakeholders, farm owners, and potential customers.
  • Serve as the company's technical and sales resource on industry subjects, gaining and sharing knowledge with the Sales Team, distributors, and other entities.
  • Grow market share for all large farms within a specified region.
Desired Qualifications
  • A licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) is preferred.
