The ring uses advanced sensors to collect data, which is analyzed and presented through a mobile app, allowing users to gain insights into their health and make informed lifestyle choices. Unlike many competitors, Oura focuses on a direct-to-consumer model, selling its rings through its website and offering potential subscription services for premium app features. The company also collaborates with sports teams and health institutions, enhancing its credibility and expanding its market reach. Oura's goal is to help users optimize their health and well-being through data-driven insights.
