Fall – Service Desk Co-op: June to December 2024

*Please note this is a full-time position based in our Needham, MA office and the co-op (or post-grad intern) term is June to December 2024*

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support users with Apple and Android mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot user problems related to in house business systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair standalone PC’s, printers, Mac’s, and other equipment.
• Install new PC’s/Mac and printers and other equipment as needed.
• Suggests and recommends run for cables, etc. to facilitate computer hook-ups.
• Office 365, Azure, Team Viewer, JSM, Cisco VPN, and Adobe CC
• Microsoft Office 365 proficient (Word, Excel, PP)
• Imaging machines Mac and PC’s
• AV support and set up as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory of all components.
• Expedite damaged/defective components for repair or replacement.
• Place service calls and follow up as required.
• Provision badges and access right for associates

Attributes and Skills

• Strong Competencies in desktop support and LAN/WAN technologies.
• Experience with Windows 10, Office 365 admin, Azure and Active Directory.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, PP, Excel, MS Teams
• Must be extremely detailed oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to learn new software and hardware applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; must be able to prioritize.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills: ability to work effectively with all levels and departments.
• Mature, team player attitude

Education and Experience

• Degree in computer science preferred
• Proficient working with Mac’s
