  • 10+ years in a technology role as either a project manager, administrator, or developer
  • 5+ years experience managing Salesforce
  • 3+ years of people management and team leadership experience
  • Track record of building and maintaining productive relationships with senior leadership
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proven track record of scaling team efficiency and impact
  • Quote-to-Cash and CPQ experience is strongly preferred
  • Initiating, managing, and successfully executing new, cross-functional technology-transformation initiatives
  • Improving team operational efficiency and productivity process and technology
  • Collaborating with a variety of cross-functional leaders
  • Maintaining a strong, clear view of operational issues most critical to Plaid’s success
  • Developing and tracking key KPIs to drive execution and identifying opportunities for operational improvement
  • Staying hands on when necessary and playing a key role in driving the successful completion key projects
  • Managing, coaching, and mentoring a team of high-performing individual contributors
  • Recruiting and building a best-in-class GTM Systems team at Plaid
