Stantec, Canadian Natural Resources and Nutrien: undervalued Canadian cash flow stocks as oil rises

Oil prices have climbed after attacks on Saudi energy facilities, pushing investors toward reliable cash generators. A Simply Wall St screen flags three Canadian stocks as undervalued on cash flows. Stantec (TSX:STN), a CA$11.2b infrastructure and water services group, has expanded in the US, New Zealand, and Ireland through acquisitions including Page, Cosgroves, and Ryan Hanley. It added Niche in Australia in mid 2026. Canadian Natural Resources (TSX:CNQ), with a CA$159.2b market cap, will send 75% of free cash flow to shareholders once net debt falls below $16b, and 100% at $13b. Nutrien, a CA$45.7b fertilizer and crop services group, may gain pricing power in nitrogen as conflict disrupts more than 30% of global urea trade.
