- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification.
- Extensive experience in clinical leadership roles, including leading and coaching physicians or clinical staff.
- Experience using a metrics-driven approach to analyze cost, quality, and satisfaction data to drive clinical strategy and program redesign.
- Ability to maintain composure under challenging circumstances while guiding others to effective solutions.
- Comfort with ambiguity and problem solving.
- Serve as a primary care provider for assigned Flagship Health patients.
- Lead a clinical and support team in developing, implementing, and executing clinical programs, business operations, community support, social services, and wellness services.
- Support continuous improvement by collaborating as a leader, sharing best practices, and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Provide strategic input to organizational projects and initiatives in care management, quality improvement, utilization management, clinical committee functions and leadership, network management, health plan management, documentation and risk adjustment, and clinical compliance and policy development.
- Support the organization's culture of innovation, open dialogue, urgency, and ongoing change, and set an example for others to follow.
- Develop and implement new processes.
- Five or more years of experience in outpatient practice.
- Military or Veterans Health Administration experience.
- Value-based care experience and orientation.
- Commitment to the veteran population.
