Requirements

A university degree or equivalent qualification is required; a degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
At least 12 years of relevant experience in the fund industry, such as at a fund house, distributor, or similar financial services organization, including at least 5 years of managerial or leadership experience.
Strong business acumen and solid knowledge of fund-industry regulatory requirements.
Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills, with an established client network.
Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
Ability to foster teamwork and build collaborative relationships within the team and across functions.
Strong written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and evaluate sales plans and strategies to acquire business, revenue, and clients for the Integrated Fund Platform.
Lead, plan, and execute regular Integrated Fund Platform marketing events to promote the brand, drive platform usage and flows, and explore business opportunities involving new fund products, fund houses, and distributors with industry participants and platform clients.
Build and manage relationships with key Integrated Fund Platform stakeholders, including distributors, fund houses, transfer agents, regulators, and industry participants.
Identify and drive business opportunities to achieve platform adoption and commercial growth.
Lead and drive client onboarding activities to achieve agreed timelines and business targets.
Partner with Operations, IT, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and other internal departments to support product development, client implementation, and maintenance.
Provide leadership, coaching, and development support to Integrated Fund Platform team members across functions, while fostering a collaborative, high-performing, transparent, and team-oriented work culture.

Desired Qualifications

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Integrated Fund Platform (IFP) team and contribute to the growth and development of HKEX's fund platform. This position will work closely with senior management to shape the commercial value proposition of the IFP, drive client acquisition, and manage strategic client relationships.

Job Duties:

Lead, plan, and execute regular IFP marketing events to promote brand name, drive platform usage / flows and explore new fund products, fund houses, and distributors business opportunities with industry participants and IFP clients.
Build and manage relationship with key stakeholders of IFP, including distributors, fund houses, transfer agents, regulators as well as industry participants.
Identify and drive business opportunities to achieve platform adoption and commercial growth.

Requirements:

Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in fund industry, such as fund house, distributor or similar financial services industry, with at least 5 years of managerial or leadership experience.
Strong business acumen with solid knowledge in regulatory requirements of the fund industry.
Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills with strong client network.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities concurrently.
Demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and build strong collaborative relationships within the team and across functions.
Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
