The Finance Solutions Sr Group Manager role will sit within the Treasury Transformation organization that supports the Citi firm-wide Transformation to build a better, more efficient, and simpler bank. Its responsibility is to support all treasury transformation initiatives by developing and executing the strategic initiatives to achieve Citi’s vision of a better bank specifically for the international Treasury Function. The team is a best-in-class group of program management professionals which achieves measurable business outcomes through efficient project execution and stakeholder communication.

The Fin Solutions Lead Analyst supports delivery of complex/critical/large scale International Treasury Transformation initiatives.  Requires basic commercial awareness. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, including colleagues in other areas and occasionally external customers. Impact on the area through delivery of complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations. Work impacts an area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.   

Responsibilities:

• Participates in formulating and setting strategic direction for the process, organization and operating model covering Finance across Citi businesses, products, functions and locations
• Plays a part in setting and operating necessary forums and frameworks to establish and govern policies and strategies for global Finance processes
• Participates in assessing and incorporating changing business, regulatory and market information needs into finance processes and applications
• Acts as a technical expert who acts as an advisor on significant business/product decisions
• Implements policies and procedures
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
• Can exercise independent judgement and autonomy
• Acts as SME to stakeholders and /or other team members

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 6-10+ years of relevant experience, within the financial services industry preferred
• Requires communication and diplomacy skills in order to guide and influence others
• Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Advanced writing and presentation skills
• Knowledge of banking products / systems preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
