Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Partner Sales Managers and Partner Solution Architect teams
  • Proactively build relationships with partners to achieve loyalty and advocacy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Datadog teams
  • Become a trusted advisor to the partner and develop customer consumption or usage enhancement plans
  • Teach the partner how to approach Datadog customer success as a practice
  • Monitor and analyze usage trends to uncover renewal risks and identify opportunities for contract growth/optimization
