  • A post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years experience in marketing, programs, and/or community building
  • Proven success running complex projects and initiatives from ideation through to retrospective analysis and reporting
  • A detailed understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook
  • Experience with analyzing customer or partner data and understanding their behavior to find insights

  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager and internal teams to develop and execute partner program conversion campaigns to help deliver our top of the funnel targets, as defined by the budget, for example Applied, Certified, and Active Partner KPIs
  • Execute product collaborations, education, sponsored content, giveaways, events, and other activities that result in modern accounting professionals joining the FreshBooks Accounting Partner Program
  • Maximize lead generation and conversion opportunities in collaboration with marketing and sales teams towards achieving top of funnel targets
  • Leverage content and engagement strategy for social media platforms to support the Partner Program goals and lead execution on the plan with the support of a social media coordinator
  • Identify, join and participate in Accounting Associations and other accounting profession forums to raise FreshBooks profile and attract partners to join our program
  • Continuously innovate and introduce new ways to attract, engage and convert accountants to the FreshBooks Accounting Partner Program
  • Optimize and improve performance by regular monitoring of all campaign and event performance metrics (virtual and in-person), analyzing and socializing key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and sentiment
  • Work with the Marketing and PR teams to ensure all marketing channels deliver expected performance and results, making recommendations for adjustments and improvements as needed
  • Create and Manage Programs to engage and convert Accounting Professionals to become Active Partners in the FreshBooks Accounting Partner Program
  • In collaboration with the Head of the Accountant Channel, define and launch the new Ambassador program and a refreshed FreshPAC program, designed to promote FreshBooks to the Accounting industry
  • In collaboration with the Head of the Accountant Channel, finalize Ambassador and FreshPAC partnership agreements, including compensation, deliverables, exclusivity, and disclosure requirements
  • Provide guidance and support to Ambassadors and FreshPACs in creating valuable content and weekly engagements that aligns with our brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Together with the Partner Program team, monitor and optimize the Ambassador and FreshPAC Programs’ performance and deliverables, ensuring they meet agreed-upon timelines and quality standards
  • In collaboration with the Head of the Accountant Channel, develop and execute effective onboarding journeys and engagement touchpoints for Partner Program members
  • Working in collaboration with the Sales group, Education, Marketing and PR teams, introduce new programs that help to engage and convert the Accounting Partner Community
  • Along with the Education Manager, create and build an education strategy, plan and subsequent training collateral to achieve our education and certification targets while equipping accounting professionals with the knowledge they need to adopt FreshBooks and the Collaborative Accounting™ methodology
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on program and education conversion campaigns and initiatives, highlighting key findings, successes, and areas for improvement
  • In collaboration with the Partner Program team, maintain accurate records of Ambassador and FreshPAC contracts, payments, and performance metrics
