Responsibilities
  • Advise preferred clients by telephone about their financial needs and strategies for banking products.
  • Increase loyalty among a segment of preferred clients.
  • Sell and place financial products, including investment funds, credit cards, consumer loans, insurance, immediate cash products, auto loans, and mortgage loans.
  • Manage a client portfolio by contacting, attracting, and retaining preferred clients through telephone calls to build their loyalty to BBVA.
  • Profile and prospect clients to identify financial products and banking services that meet their needs.
  • Integrate and keep up to date the files of assigned Personal Banking clients.
  • Manage the timely recovery of loans taken out by clients.
