Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales/business development (hunter) role, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to conduct compelling product demonstrations and handle objections effectively

Responsibilities
  • Lead Conversion: Engage Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) provided by the company, building strong relationships with prospective new partner practices.
  • Lead Conversion: Conduct engaging and informative virtual lunch-and-learn demos on the benefits of CandidPro's clear aligner solutions.
  • Lead Conversion: Address questions, overcome objections, and effectively communicate value to convert qualified leads into signed contracts.
  • Client Onboarding and Activation Support: Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new practices, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of Candid’s products, services and processes.
  • Client Onboarding and Activation Support: Provide training and support to clients, guiding them through the necessary steps to start their engagement with CandidPro, including submitting and approving their first clear aligner case for a patient.
  • Client Onboarding and Activation Support: Address any technical or process-related issues faced by clients during the activation phase.
  • Warm Handoff: Facilitate a warm handoff to a CandidPro Account Executive after the client has submitted their first clear aligner case.

Candid provides clear aligner treatments and whitening services through a network of dental professionals. Patients use the CandidPro system to receive custom aligners and must submit digital scans of their teeth every 14 days so their doctor can monitor progress remotely. Unlike direct-to-consumer brands that bypass the dentist, Candid integrates professional clinical oversight with remote technology to ensure safety and accuracy. The company's goal is to provide a convenient, high-quality orthodontic experience by combining expert dental care with modern monitoring tools.
