  • 5+ years of experience executing in B2B demand generation, event management, and/or field marketing
  • Strong digital event management and organizational skills to plan, execute and manage multiple events; experience with project management software is an asset
  • Demonstrated success running a digital event from end to end, including supporting demand generation campaigns
  • Deep knowledge of key B2B marketing principles and channels, with hands-on experience supporting content marketing, digital marketing, and creative development
  • Ability to perform in a high-growth and high-energy environment, developing and scaling workflows and processes as you go
  • Strong communicator, verbal and written, with excellent influencing and consensus-building skills
  • Meticulous eye for detail – no detail or task is too small to be done right the first time
  • Problem solving ninja skills, masterfully work around roadblocks
  • A passion for the details and keeping events and tasks running smoothly
Responsibilities
  • Create and implement our global webinar strategy to engage clients and prospects, across the entire funnel, to drive and convert revenue
  • Plan, manage, and execute a global webinar calendar for various audiences across the sales funnel, optimizing for lead generation and sales engagement. Understand and implement relevant targeting via audience cohort, geo, product, and persona
  • Align closely with internal teams to create content and source speakers, working closely with Product, Sales, Client Success, Enablement and Marketing teams
  • Using webinars as a core demand channel, work closely with the Demand Generation team to create milestone digital content that drives pipeline and revenue goals
  • Manage steps and deliverables across the entire event process, from planning through to final reporting (Pipeline achievement and ROI measurement), including project management, execution, approvals, and internal communication
  • Monitor the performance of digital events, including event attendance, engagement, lead quality (ICP), and pipeline attributed. Use data-driven insights to optimize future events
  • Create and implement the marketing strategy for our annual user conference to drive pass sales and engage clients and prospects
  • Supporting and executing marketing campaigns and content for in person events as needed
