Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions.
  • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Drug and alcohol testing is mandatory and random.
Responsibilities
  • Perform mechanical assembly of aerospace components using hand tools, torque wrenches, and precision instruments.
  • Execute repetitive production tasks for a specific program, including riveting and precision cutting of pad material.
  • Follow detailed blueprints, work instructions, and schematics.
  • Conduct in-process inspections to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and production records.
  • Support continuous improvement.
Desired Qualifications
  • Technical certifications are a plus.
  • Mechanical assembly experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing is preferred.
  • Experience with sheet metal is a plus.
  • An airframe and powerplant certification is a plus.
