Requirements
  • Have a bachelor's degree in computer science, management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Have a minimum of five years of experience in software development or project management, including three years as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
  • Have mastery of agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
  • Have experience with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
  • Have excellent workshop facilitation skills.
  • Be able to adapt communication to different hierarchical levels.
  • Have analytical skills and the ability to identify areas for improvement.
  • Demonstrate leadership and the ability to inspire teams.
  • Have concise communication, methodological rigor, and a client-oriented approach.
  • Have excellent French communication and writing skills.
Responsibilities
  • Facilitate training and awareness workshops on agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
  • Support development, information technology, and business teams in adopting agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
  • Identify obstacles to agility and propose solutions to overcome them.
  • Collaborate with managers to align agile practices with the strategic objectives of the City of Québec.
  • Measure and analyze agile performance indicators, including velocity and burndown charts.
  • Document processes and improvements made.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Desired Qualifications
  • Possess a Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent certification.
  • Have knowledge of DevOps principles and continuous integration/continuous delivery.
