Requirements

8+ years of experience in a hands-on software engineering role
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience
Passion for building high-impact, well-performing user experiences across different form-factors/devices
Strong coding skills in Javascript or Java
Work experience preferred in one or more of the following technologies: React/Redux, Docker, Jenkins, Github Actions, GraphQL, SQL DB, No-SQL DB, Kafka, Hive, Spark, Airflow, etc.
Experience or desire to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams with design, product and data science partners
Experience mentoring engineers

You will

Build software solutions which meet and exceed operating targets of reliability, scalability, security, maintainability and performance

You have

Have 8+ years of experience in a hands-on software engineering role
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience

LegalZoom is a remote-first company and the national range for this role is ($135,000 - $270,000). Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus and/or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package.
