Requirements
  • Experience in instructional or learning experience design with a focus on K-12 or adult education.
  • Technical acumen, creativity, learner engagement expertise, design thinking.
  • Experience designing blended, virtual, and technology-enhanced learning environments.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools; exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills for effective team management; outstanding time management and prioritization abilities to meet project milestones; adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities; ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail; excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills; strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Background clearance requirements: active Secret clearance with eligibility for Interim TS/SCI or full TS/SCI clearance in DISS; compliance with FAR 52.204-2 and DoD security requirements; U.S. Citizenship required.
